If it has been at least 4 weeks since you mailed your submission and you are searching for the status of your rebate, please click on Contact Us, fill in the pop-up form with all of the information requested then select submit. A customer service representative will contact you between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. AST with the results of your inquiry. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for us to process your request. We are very sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.
