Why was my submission for a rebate declined? What can I do to receive my rebate?
You may still be able to submit for your rebate, but it will depend upon the reason that your submission was declined and the terms of the offer. To check to see if you are still eligible for your rebate click Contact Us and complete the entire form, including comments.

Can I send a photocopy of the UPC and sales receipt?
You will need to check the terms and conditions listed on your rebate form. Most rebate promotions require that you send in the ORIGINAL proofs of purchase for the sponsoring product. However if there is no such statement, you may send in a photocopy of the materials requested.

I've lost my sales receipt, will I still receive my rebate?
You may wish to contact the store at which you purchased your product and see if they can print you a duplicate receipt. Many stores now keep detailed records of their clients and the purchases they make. However, you will need to get a valid receipt from the retailer in order to qualify for your rebate.
I received my rebate, but my name is spelled wrong. What should I do?
Please go to Contact Us, complete the entire form and include the details of the situation. A representative will contact you within 2-3 business days and direct you on how you should proceed.
My RebateTrak status keeps showing that my order was not found? How long should I wait before trying again?
At this time we do not show any record of the name or address you have provided. Please ensure you have allowed at least 5 weeks from the date of mailing your request before inquiring on its status, as this is the average amount of time required to receive and process your submission.
Delays in mail delivery, order entry and processing times could mean that your request has yet to be entered onto our system. Please allow another 7 days to pass before you try your search again.
I bought 2 products does that mean I get 2 rebates?
Some rebates are limited to 1 per person, per household or per purchase period. You will have to check the terms and conditions listed on your rebate form. Individual rebates will have different promotion limitations.
What is a UPC?
UPC - this is the Universal Product Code found on every product, usually on the packaging. This code is used for scanning purposes.
